Unjumble partners with Sole App to connect local freelancers with more Aussie businesses
Partnering with Sole App just made sense. We're both built for Aussie small businesses, and we both think they deserve better than drowning in admin.
TL;DR:
- Unjumble has teamed up with Sole App to give their customers easier access to local marketing freelancers, and to give Unjumble's freelancers better tools to run their business. Two Aussie platforms, one less headache.
- Our Founder Zac Kelly joined the Sole App blog to break down how sole traders can get the help they need, without the hiring headache.

Two Aussie businesses.
Sole App is the accounting platform built specifically for Australian sole traders and small businesses: invoicing, expenses, tax, sorted. Simple by design.
Unjumble is an Australian platform connecting small and medium businesses with local marketing freelancers. Whether you need web design, SEO, logo design, social media advertising, or photography, Unjumble pairs you with a trusted local expert who understands your market, so you get real results, not guesswork.
One less headache.
Running a small business in Australia right now isn't getting easier. Red tape concerns hit a record high in Q3 2025, with compliance obligations described as "growing and unmanageable" by small business owners across NSW (NSW Small Business Commissioner, Q3 2025 Quarterly Report). The cost of inputs like insurance, wages, and utilities remains the number one concern, with 86% of businesses flagging it as recently as January 2026 (NSW Small Business Commissioner, Momentum Survey, January 2026). And from 1 July, Payday Super lands meaning employers must now pay super with every single pay run, not quarterly (Australian Taxation Office, Payday Super, effective 1 July 2026). More admin, tighter cash flow, less room to move. Bringing in a freelancer on a project basis is one move that can help sidestep some of the stress. No super obligations. No payroll complexity. No lock-in. Just the help you need, when you need it.
We teamed up because the problem is the same on both sides: too much admin, not enough time to grow. This is an early partnership between two Australian businesses whose values happen to line up a shared belief that local is better, and that running a business shouldn't mean drowning in admin. Where it goes from here, we're figuring out together.

Sole's customers get a direct line to local freelance talent on Unjumble and Unjumble's freelancers get the financial tools to back it up. This is just the start.
